Sometimes our plans may change without warning, needing us to modify our flight arrangements. In the manage flight section, you have the option to easily change your departure time, date, or both.
To change your flight, please review and follow the terms and conditions below:
- The original flight ticket was bought through the Philippine Airlines website, mobile app, or call center.
- The ticket is for a straight reservation on Philippine Airlines, which covers flights with other airlines with the same code.
- You can buy the original trip ticket with a credit or debit card. Flight tickets bought with reward miles or discounted prices can’t be changed in the “Manage Booking” area.
- When you buy travel necessities and extras, like a seat, a bag, or an upgrade, you won’t be able to change your trip ticket.
- You can make changes online up to two hours before the flight is set to leave.
- Passengers can’t change where the trip starts or where it ends.
- If you ask to change the trip, your original seat choice will be canceled. New seats must be picked for the new flight.
